We went on the Cheshire oaks trip yesterday . We would personally give more than 5* If possible. 100% service from Gemma . Really comfortable seats on coach. Very helpful and friendly driver. Brilliant driver. Much better service than your rival . We hope to travel again with you soon.
An extremely professional company. On our 5 day holiday, the coach driver was friendly and approachabl; taking into account the ages - and the mobility - of the passengers. His driving was safe and skillful and all 6 of our party would travel on any coach he was driving.

Poor service with a lax attitude to passenger and public safety. Even take wrong turnings... Who can get lost in the age of sat Nov?!
The drivers are very poor and never on time, the coaches are all of an appalling quality and some of the drivers hit the kerb on EVERY corner and do not slow to a gentle stop
We booked Phoenix Coaches for our annual Coventry & Warwickshire Kidney Patient's outing. Although email correspondence could be improved by an assurance just before our trip, the Phoenix coach turned up at the nominated pickups on time. Paul the driver was really cheerful, friendly and helpful and added to the experience of a great day out enjoyed by all. Hire charges are very reasonable and we shall definitely be hiring them again next year.
