I generally don't mind waiting but Cohens seemed very disorganised and the member of staff was quite surly. Despite the prescription being sent through at 09.30, still not ready to collect at 13.00. 30 minute wait to get it ready. We usually use Asda pharmacy, much much better!

Dreadful at letting you know prescription ready for collection. Yet again I have to chase up whether they have received my prescription from my GP. Is it another computer problem? This is so frustrating!! Very inefficient. Want to give my experience of this chemist zero stars! A minus would be a better descriptor…..

Dreadful organisation skills from this pharmacy. Following a recent house move I transferred here, all 3 prescriptions I've had from here have been wrong, yesterday I noticed an item was missing but the assistant hadn't alerted me to this fact, I queried why they had texted to say it was ready when I wasn't I was simply told " most of it was ready" I asked for my script back so I could go elsewhere but because the assistant had signed it I'd have to wait. I asked for an owing slip but was told they dont do this- so they signed to say they have given me my medication but they have not, and I had no proof they owe me an item. Son also went yesterday to collect an emergency script, after a lot of huffing and puffing about how busy they were and telling him it usually takes a week for scripts they handed him a bag. When he got home he found they had given him an old item, a controlled drug at that, but not the urgent medication he had gone in for. Oddly they did suddenly find my missing item, handed it to my son with the message I should collect my items promptly!! We will be moving ASAP.

Ive got the message that prescription for my son is ready for collection and it wasn't! It was milk and Apparently they send me a message to test the number! I do not recommend this pharmacy. Now I have to call every single pharmacy in town to get food for my baby in one hour!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Cohens Chemist, Castle Mead Medical Centre. I was prescribed 60 capsules of Isotretinoin (20mg) for 30 days, clearly written by my specialist. However, the pharmacy only gave me 30 capsules – enough for just 15 days – and now refuses to provide the rest without a new prescription. I’ve gone back multiple times over several days, and despite showing proof of the original prescription, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This delay has disrupted my treatment and caused unnecessary stress. Pharmacies should be reliable when it comes to important medications – this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication and attention to detail for other patients in the future.

The staff here are so rude. Iv had to work with them in a professional and public manner. Iv heard them swear and be rude to customers.

After the last 5 times of ordering with cohens I have not be happy with the manners and speed ! After today I won’t be returning there again ! The staff are not polite and just walk off for 15 mins and don’t explain why . I ordered my prescription on Thursday 19th may , I’ve gone into collect today and still kept waiting for 20 minutes with no one explaining why till the end which I got just a silly excuse in this time 2 other people were sorted . There is plenty of staff wondering around the back yet most of them look they don’t no what they are doing .This is happening every time , I understand that it hard times but being organised and having manners are something we should all have .

Great service from the team at Cohens in Hinckley. My local GP's pharmacy and another local one were out of stock for a prescription that I needed. Neither could help. The staff at Cohens were also out of stock but took the time to phone up their supplier and order it in especially. My prescription was ready to collect in less than 2 days. Thank you.
