    Went up today ,bank holiday ,opening hours 10-4 , not open still at 10-20as no pharmacist turned up ,it’s stupid ,a big queue ,lady said not first time this has happened,surely they know what time there supposed to be there ! Letting people down not good enough !

    Visited the store today waited on a member of staff to ask them a question, the gentleman behind the counter couldn't answer me as he was pharmacy only , eventually when a lady came available she could not even be bothered to look for the face cream I wanted just said not got anymore only whats out , she then continued to talk to another member of staff while I waited with my other items I wanted to purchase , they both walked away and left me standing there so I just left my basket on the counter and left . I stopped at the Ashby store on my way back home. The service was fantastic completely different to Hinckley so Ashby got my £87 custom

    I did not get help or medicine even though I described my problem, I was sent to an optical even though it was impossible, and of course, paracetamol, a medicine for everything, was supposed to help. I went to another pharmacy, and they gave me antibiotic drops, which helped me immediately. I will not go there again!
