Excellent Customer service. Easy to book a trip. Very prompt and reliable pick up times. Coaches are always spotless. Air conditioning and heat whichever you want. Coach drivers are friendly and professional. Our driver Andrew, who we've had many times, is an excellent driver who goes that extra mile to help. We will be using Jenson for many trips to come. Due to confusion my 89yr old mum missed her pick up so the driver, Dave waited at the next stop. He helped my mum out of the car and was amazing, assuring her all was ok. No annoyance that he had to wait, just extremely lovely and helpful. Many thanks, Dave, you're a star!!!!
