   I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time I went, the atmosphere and staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was high quality. Yesterday, I went to get my nails done and a pedicure. It was incredible! I loved it so much and came out feeling really good. The staff again, are so friendly and professional there and I always feel welcomed and looked after. I highly recommend this Nail Salon! I will be coming back again to get my toes done too as we are heading towards summer!! Thank you so much!

   I went to this salon and was hit, kicked and punched by their son, no one tried to stop him. As well as this he kicked my friends chair so violently she fell out her seat. Very poor customer service. I would have been fine with an apology or my next appointment discounted because of the disruption but absolutely nothing.

   I went to Trowbridge Nails with my friend to get acrylic extensions. They began doing our nails, where we were both cut by the nail drills at our cuticle. The lady doing my friends nails was on the phone the entire time. When cutting the tips we asked the ladies to go shorter, however they didnt so they ended up longer than we wouldve liked. at the end of the appointment our nails looked like the photos we showed and the designs were painted on nicely, and accurately. we payed £40 and were happy with the nail design however the day after getting our nails done they began peeling off at the cuticle and looked very grown out despite it only being the second day. After 4 days of having the nails they all popped off and we now have no nails as they all fell off. we both feel that we wasted £40 on nails that barely even lasted 4 days.

   Lovely place. It’s efficient and they play music and they keep the door open so it’s well ventilated. I showed the owner what I wanted and she did a great job. Very friendly. Highly recommend! Also can do banks transfers so the are easy payment methods!

   Very bad experience and would never go back again! Lady was on the phone the whole duration of me being there also stopping what she was doing to do something on her phone that wasn’t related to my appointment at all. My nails was also filed down with the drill way to much causing pain wouldn’t recommend at all

   I’d give 0 stars if I could. Never going back, rude staff telling me not to move and pulling my hands. I have arthritis and a serious condition that limits my mobility but they don’t care and continue to be rude. Not only that but they also overcharged me and made me pay for shellac when I didn’t even ask for it. Fraudulent company with poor unclean conditions inside as well. Would have refused to pay as it was not was I asked for but they tried to embarrass me in front of the whole store. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it

   Awful experience, very unprofessional and rude. My nails look messy and no care was taken when doing them, the lady doing them wasn’t even looking at what she was doing. Poor service.
