They had endless patience for my ever-suffering husband and I, and somehow managed to book us an amazing holiday without needing witness protection afterwards Lol Their service is second to none along with attention to detail.    We've just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, organised and booked by Michelle at Sam Smith Travel, Mumbles. A 5 star experience from start to finish with absolutely no complaints at all, which is very unusual for me!    I can't recommend this company highly enough! They were absolutely amazing! We booked a Triple centre holiday to the US and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Paula was so accommodating with us especially as we decided to change some of the trips and hotels but she dealt with it all in an extremely professional manner, keeping in touch regularly with changes and updates to our holiday.    I couldn't recommend this firm more highly! Excited for Wales qualifying for the 2022 World Cup, I sought out options for package tours. Living in New Zealand, my options were limited, however I contacted Sam Smith Travel and they were excellent from start to finish. Once I advised Suzanne and Louise that I live in New Zealand, they went out of their way to help me in my time zone, including emails out of normal UK hours. They also did their best to get prices down from their supplier, and ensured a reasonable cost. To top it off, Suzanne even went into work on a Sunday to clinch the price and tour confirmation for me, in the knowledge that with such high demand, the tickets I'd hoped to book would likely be gone. This team well and truly put the client first, and I couldn't be more thankful that I found them, and for their outstanding service.
