   They took over from Day Lewis in Northumberland Heath at the beginning of December 2025 and I've had nothing but trouble collecting my medication since. I didn't like them when they were across the road and my opinion on them has not changed apart from getting worse. I am now in the process of changing my chemist, so in 2 weeks time I will not have to go in there again. I definitely wouldn't recommend this chemist to anyone and I know they have lost a lot of patients already. They only good thing I can say about them is the old staff from Day Lewis are still doing a great job and they are the only staff I will deal with now.

   Excellent service even during these unprecedented times of the Covid-19 pandemic, advice is always at hand and second to none, stock is readily available, prescriptions processed very quickly and you could have your medication delivered in no time should you require this service.
