   We were lucky enough to have Vicki's expertise and support in finding our family holiday in Zakynthos this summer. After finding out exactly what we hoped for and needed, Vicki was able to find our perfect holiday - we were so looking forward to it and couldn't have been more delighted. Vicki's communication was informative and proactive throughout - our happiness with the arrangements was of the utmost importance to her and I felt I could get in touch with any queries. These were addressed swiftly and efficiently. I really felt like she went the extra mile in helping us plan our holiday and ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects. Highly recommend!!

   We used baby friendly bolt holes to book a trip to Portugal. Tori was really helpful in helping us book, manage transfers, etc. On our departure day we had unexpected passport issues - Tori was straight on to the hotel and arranged for us to stay a couple of days later than planned. She was brilliant and really diffused the stress of a heart sink situation. Would definitely book with these guys again.

   I submitted some basic details on their form on a Sunday evening and Tori got back to me the next day. We exchanged several emails and spoke on the phone. Tori was well informed, responsive and thorough. I was able to book a place that looks great with her help. It was great to have help from someone who specialises in family holidays, as our requirements are pretty different now compared to before having kids. I don't actually think I've ever had a personal service to help book a holiday before. Maybe this is what it was like when people used to go to the travel agent on the high street... Thanks Tori and BFB, would recommend and use again.

   Thank you Baby Friendly Bolt Holes for organising a fabulous holiday experience for us at Domes Zeen. You not only provided us with a terrific deal, but I was also impressed by the way that you took away all our worries by organising everything for us, with your step by step guide to Covid travel requirements, including tips and links on the most stress-free ways to navigate our way through everything. Your help and support was really impressive and made the whole experience so much more relaxing than booking direct, and at fantastic prices! We loved Domes Zeen, which is located in a secluded spot not far from the centre of lovely Chania. The accommodation is full of 5-Star character with chic décor and modern high quality furnishings and our accommodation was fronted by a huge window looking out over a lovely view of the sea. Indoor and outdoor dining facilities were very impressive and there was always a buzzy and cordial atmosphere generated by the staff who are extremely well trained and manage to achieve a very impressive blend of welcoming friendliness and efficiency. Thank you so much BFB, a Five-Star holiday and genuine first class service.
