   Ordering and collecting prescriptions here has always been a trial. It has just become impossible for me. They no longer accept phone calls to request repeat prescriptions. Time for me to go elsewhere.

   Just went in to get a flu jab, I’m asthmatic and have it every year, I was told I wasn’t eligible and the criteria had changed. Rang my gp, checked on nhs website and rang another pharmacy, I am still eligible and have just had it done! Not very good giving people false information, need to get their facts sorted before turning vulnerable people away

   We ordered a larger amount of formula for our baby, who has a cow's milk allergy, for a five-week trip abroad. After five days (the day before our departure), they said they didn't have enough in stock, and we only received two cans. The wait time for a prescription is excruciating. If someone were dying from pain, they'd still have to wait several days. I highly do not recommend it!

   Appalling!! Prescriptions hardly ever made up ready. Now open Saturday mornings but the couple of times I've been in the pharmacist was late and they couldn't even give out prescriptions. No information on when the pharmacist might bother to turn up!!

   The staff work hard but so many times they haven't got the perception ready or its missing parts of the order. The shop is also filthy, I've been twice this week a few days apart and the same litter is on the floor. I don't think it's been cleaned in some time.

   What a wonderful service, happy and smiling staff treated you with respect. I couldn't collect from another pharmacy for 4 days and I was a walk in, they helped me straight away and I had my prescription within 20mins. Exceptional, keep up the great work.

   Great pharmacy with friendly staff. Normally busy but staff are very efficient. Dropped one star as unable to check on medications by phone but appreciate they are busy.

   In years gone by, it used to be a lovely, reliable village chemist. Now every time I go, it is never a straight forward visit, however long I order in advance. Am changing my named chemist after giving them chance after chance. An absolute shambles!

   Lovely pharmacy assistants and not 1 person in there queing. Has been a few bad reviews about queing and slow customer service so thought I would share that I went this morning (Saturday) at 10.15am and no one in there! :-) thank you bilton pharmacy! X

   Terrible service. Long queues and staff have been told not to answer phone. Understand why after speaking with relief manager. Why are they so behind. Have elderly neighbour who should have had medicines delivered and hadn't been. Had been ringing for two days. I went and got them. Same again today. She is so stressed. Staff are lovely though.

   Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Even when calling ahead to order prescription it's not always ready and you have to queue up for an average of 30mins to even be seen to. Also normally always something owed that you need to go back for to queue up again. The staff appear nice and helpful and I have no doubt they are working hard so what is the problem, not enough staff? Too much demand? Do we need another pharmacy like boots or something in the area? Whatever the solution is, it's needed asap, so many elderly people queuing in the street, it's just wrong!
