   Delivery to long left without antidepressants medication for 5days. Prescription made in time but due to Delivery no meds for 5days. I rang 38 times in 2hours & sent 5 emails to get an earlier delivery but nobody bother to answer the phone or my emails. This was an urgent order & they ignored it. Not good customer care or service!!

   2 stars given for politeness of staff. This pharmacy hardly ever has my medication in and am constantly told it'll be there within 2 days. Have seen several times staff rush off to skeletons chemist to "borrow" medication that they should stock... go to number 8 next door. Always has my meds in stock and never let me down unlike Wells. Lack of organisation and stock stands out a mile...

   Not a bad pharmacy but the opening hours aren't convenient for those who work Monday to Friday. The pharmacy is the only pharmacy in Bedworth that doesn't open at the weekends. For that reason, my family and I have had to change to a different pharmacy for our prescriptions.

   Appointment booked for flu jab to be told gone to lunch come back later - I'm at work later have booked to suit shouldn't have slots open if nobody there to carry out proceedures. Very unhelpful girl.

   Whenever we walk in to the wellbeing chemist. Chad I think his names is (think he’s the manager) always walks up to our son and daughter. Talks to them, asks about them and how we are all doing. I don’t go anywhere else where the owner and staff remember you and your family’s names and are so nice to you. Great chemist. Always so helpful and informative. The manager has helped me out when he really didn’t have too a number of times. That’s why everyone we know goes there. Thanks guys

   Always use this chemist, the staff are friendly, inviting and always eager to help. I have been a nightmare customer, many times Ive forgotten to re order my prescription and have gone in to Well for help and they have made sure that by the end of the day i was able to collect my tablets. I cannot and do not believe the comments made by M.Teagles and J.Hancock, they have both obviously been annoyed elsewhere in the day and have decided to take their anger out on what i deem to be very professional and caring staff. ....Gary Marsden
