Just shocking service. Do they ever answer their phone? Ordered meds last week Friday, they want 7 days notice, they got 7 days notice. Today is day 9, my meds have now run out. Can they at least answer their phone, no, too much to ask. Shocking.

Unprofessional and so expensive. Loud lady on counter who doesn't seem to know what she's doing but seems to be a dispenser. Someone came in after me and queued and after they'd waited, was told they couldn't be served as they're closing for lunch! The over the counter medication I purchased was double the price I'd pay anywhere else. Will not be using again.
To order prescriptions these days is like trying to get blood from a stone. Never answer the phone and never deliver when they say they will. It's gone right down hill since the name change.
Unprofessional. There was a sign on the door saying ‘closing between 1 and 2 due to staff shortages’. It was 12:50 when I walked in. I did get served, but people came in just after me and a woman was shouting to her colleague about nobody reading the sign. She was very abrupt. It’s not 1pm yet hun, if it’s an issue, put 12:45 on the door.
Ear wax removal. Got an appointment next day. Done very efficiently and pleasantly and cheaper than any other options in Rugby.
Incredibly sweet staff, who helped me source a medication I couldn't find elsewhere. They then called another pharmacy to have the medication released, instead of making me walk back there. Very good service, very kind staff, and this incredibly stressed out mother finally got the medication her baby needed ❤️
Arrived at this pharmacy today for my 2nd covid booster. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Well done!
The service offered is excellent - I can't speak highly enough.. medication is delivered quickly when ordered by phone by friendly gentleman.. also no problem getting appointment for covid vaccination as they are located in the town centre..
