   When into store today to pick up a click and collect order. The female who served me (fair hair maybe late 50's or 60's ) was rather rude. She asked me if I had received a text? To which I said "no I received an email". She tutted and said "well it won't be here then you need a text". I replied that I had received an email telling me my order was ready to be collected in store. She tutted again and then completely ignored me, to tell her colleague a long story about how people are showing up without texts and the delivers are always late etc. When I repeated that I had an email and read it out to her , she then told me rather abruptly that I had just told her I hadn't ??? The lady had zero customer service skills and was very rude. I don't think I will be using bedworrh store from now on.

   I've never written a bad review/complained about anything in my life but I had such a bad experience at this store (on Thursday 13th August) that was quite infuriating. Was as nice as you can be to this staff member (elderly female, possibly 50's/60's) but she was surly, unfriendly, sarcastic and downright rude when I was simply collecting an order. No need for the sarcastic comments and tone. Think it may be the same female as the one mentioned in another review. Kindness and manners cost nothing, I've worked in retail and customer service roles and wouldn't dream of speaking to someone in that way.

   This is a small store and can't stock as much as other stores but has a good selection of toiletries, gifts,make up and skin products. It is a pharmacy first and foremost and you can get advice on any medication. Always worth a browse.

   It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers
