Worst pharmacy. I felt like I was being interrogated for my prescription by the rudest staff possible. They made me feel like an inconvenience with the amount of sighing and the “just 5 minutes” was actually nearly 35 minutes. Staff simply just don’t know how to interact with people; telling me it won’t be ready yet without even checking or taking down my name is just disgusting and lazy. Shame to the manager for witnessing this kind of behaviour but doing nothing about it apart from limply apologising for the wait.

The worst customer service and never be honest about collecting time. It takes 30 minutes to collect your medication or to let you know out of stock. I will never ever use this pharmacy again!!

Always seem to have.trouble finding my prescription or have not ordered it in even though its sent electronically by the doctor weeks earlier. Few times I have been without medication for a week or more because they ordered the wrong medication. Not very organised and frustrating to interact with, the staff are generally lovely and apologetic. Today another good example meds ordered and approved 10 days ago, do they call to say they can't get it? Of course not. Update After a day of driving round drying to fill my prescription it seems on my last visit Bedworth Tesco pharmacy asked me to update my prescription to a particular name with my doctor for clarity as apparently that was the reason they failed to meet my last prescription. I now find out that the name they asked me to get added can't be ordered at present at all so they've basically guaranteed I am without medication. Very frustrated. If you want some cough medicine or something for an eye infection probably fine but if itis important medication that impacts your life then go elsewhere.
