Why does it take "up to 7 days" to prepare a prescription (as the sign says, used to be five). Tesco gets it processed in maximum 48 hours, which is why I now go there instead.
Always friendly and helpful, they work under great pressure it seems all the time! I call in regularly for my prescriptions. They are great! Not much stock on shelves though!
Absolutely lovely staff, they kind friendly also understand ppl like today they bought out my antibiotics but the driver went bk to pick my emergency one and bring them they had no complaints or nothing I’d like to say big thank you to the pharmacist that’s on today to all the other staff who work for them and very special than you to jenny and Debbie for always bringing my meds out with no moaninh nothing this is why I’m giving this pharmacy a5 cause no matter wat they do for me they are just amazing staff best in rugby this chemist is and my advice ppl to use them xx ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am livid with my most recent visit to this pharmacy! Everytime I go in here they look at me as if I’m an alien, I’m assuming due to my alternative appearance. The last time I went in there I was left standing for 10 mins and ignored or side-eyed every time I asked for help.
I hadn’t used this pharmacy until today but I found their service very helpful and professional. I had spoken to the Pharmacist on the phone before my visit regarding a query I had. He took the time out to help me with what I needed. On my visit I was able to wait for my medication but would have happily returned if they had been too busy. The staff dispensed my prescription very quickly. I’m extremely grateful for their friendly, helpful, professional service today.

Visited today to collect a prescription and received exemplary service. Loads of staff who semed content and chatty so must have been a significant change since the poor reviews.

Opening hours says 9 am . Its 9.17 and pharmacy is closed. No information about any changes to opening hours on display. Very disappointed.
Convenient location, easy to drive and easy to park. Unfortunately, everything takes a long time for them. Whenever the doctor tells me that the prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy, they never have it yet and you have to wait 1-2 days longer before the drugs are available. I see an advertisement that they still have problems with people and are looking for new ones.
