   Products are all same as other retailer. It depends which brand you buy. I was surprised that they charged me more but the the items were from other retailer which was cheaper. It's like I ordered something from Tesco and Tesco gave me a product from Sainsbury's which is actually cheaper. Why shouldn't I buy from Sainsbury's then. So before you buy anything from them, please check the price from other retailers like NetWorlds ot tennis net.

   The remaining 1 star is for the others who probably do provide a good service but not the sales I encountered today. He was extremely rude for calling me a suspicious person/scammer simply because I said "pls call upon arrival as I did not install front door bell on my apartment block". He didn't let me explain and hanged up on me himself and made various unprofessional comments including "I don't want to sell to you, we don't make a lot of money on these ball machines" or "It's very simple I just don't trust you, you are very suspicious", (after he hanged up on me and I called again) or when telling him my work won't allow mobile phone usage for his missed called (not to mention no one picks up random numbers usually) he said "that sounds very suspicious...” and when I told him I did not receive any emails (was expecting one everyday since your original email said you will EMAIL me) he said "ha well that's not my fault that was your fault." No words can describe how much confusion I was in on a day firstly being called a scammer/suspicious then apparently 100% my fault for using a Gmail and following my company's mobile policies and then not picking up random calls. At last the only good deed he did was suggesting me to buy from another company, which I called immediately and placed an order, they were very patient and nice when explaining to me the product and procedures. I've wasted 2 weeks of my time on this, but at least I'm now on track again. Anyway maybe he's had a bad day or experienced something which I would feel sympathy for, but I also would expect at least a normal service when trying to buy merely a tennis ball machine.

   Excellent service. Bought a Lobster Elite Liberty ball machine from these guys and can highly recommend. Communication, delivery, customer service all been great. Had a little niggle with the machine after a few months, but they picked it up immediately, fixed it (actually upgraded it slightly for free in the process) and sent it back without fuss :) Very happy.
