   We visiting the store on 2nd Jan, early afternoon and I was Incredibly disappointed by the range of Jackets stocked for women, the range itself was extremely limited but the size availability was atrocious, primarily large or extra small. The icing on the cake was the customer service, when we went to pay for something we sat waiting for an irritatingly long amount of time with a queue behind us for the person on the til to get off the phone, clearly talking to a colleague about rosters and opening hours. We didn’t even get a polite, “I’m so sorry I’ll be with you as soon as I can” much less a look of acknowledgement that we were all standing there waiting - we got so frustrated we walked out without buying what we needed. We’ve seen the number of Cotswold outdoor stores shutting down over the last few years. Whilst this might be predominantly market driven Shitty customer service and poor ranging won’t be helping the success of the business much. I’d strongly suggest your marketing teams look at how your brand filters through to your in store experience, and the store managers in the Leicester store to reconsider staff training. We certainly won’t be shopping there again.

   Walked around and not one member of staff asked if we needed help or if we were looking for something specific. We were after a decent coat for winter for my wife. Bought direct from Regatta online in the end. Cheers for the awesome customer service!!

   Probably the best place in Leicester to get outdoor gear. They have expert advisors on hand and they have a running machine to measure your stride and gait. The service on hand is a galaxy's breadth better than Black's.

   This store comes handy when you need camping stuff and don't fancy driving to Loughborough GoOutdoors. I purchased gas canisters here. However there's no bicycle parking nearby. You can lock your bike approx. 300 meters away, which is very disappointing in 2022.
