   N2568469 KD This is my 9th contact to your useless company after 2 trust pilot reviews as well- still no reply I received damaged box and missing 1 jacket I got a message saying both items were despatched- yes both were despatched but the parcel was damaged when it got to me how is that my fault ? So basically you just called me liar indirectly. So I went to the shop again today where I collected it from and the gentle man that handed the parcel to me – apologised and said this is how he received it checked at the back and couldn’t fin the jacket So now I am demanding full refund for the missing pair under my Consumer Rights Act 2015 – YOU THE NORTH FACE should contact the courier - who you’ve entered a contract with - and let me know what has happened to my missing item. How do you know what happened to the parcel on its way to me - show me cctv of parcel when it was delivered to parcel shop Try and rectify this before I take this further.

   Poor service. Bought an item 5 weeks ago and apparently they wont exchange because of wear and tear. Think abiut the quality of the shoes if it is wear and tear in 5 weeks. Staff were rude. Not shopping hear again and would advice everybody to go online

   Bought shoes 5 weeks ago. The heel side of the shoes has folded. For 40 years it's never happened to me and as I went to exchange there are saying it's not wear and tear it happens in all trainers. Absolutely poor quality after 5 weeks

   Just to say, we have received excellent customer service from the 2 staff working today (Thursday 28/12/2023) Having been bought a gift for Christmas that was womens rather than men's, they went and found a direct replacement in the same style and refunded the difference as the item was now on sale. Great to receive such excellent customer service, great job!

   I visited the store the other day and was pleasantly surprised, we had been to other outdoor shops in town and what a waste of time they were! I was only in the store 5 minutes and the girl who served us (I think it was Louise?) picked out the most suitable pair of walking shoes for me, and they were spot on! We'll come straight to North Face in future!

   Great quality and great prices. Friendly staff who had a joke with me and I would like to get a part time job there if I could but j don't know. Recommend all North Face gear to anyone doing anything. Quality is the best word for them.
