   Absolutely appalling. Zero empathy, humanity and care!! Always rude dismissive and humiliating you in front of everyone. Not sure how legal it is to have your medical history and PII data shouted in front of a whole store how is this in keeping with GDPR? Cluless horrid people who shouldn't be in a job meant to be caring and helping others. An insult to their fellow guild members.

   This Tesco pharmacy is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Their condescending attitude and complete lack of manners make even the simplest tasks impossible. When I needed a small emergency prescription, I was brushed off with, ‘We close in 10 minutes,’ and told to ‘check other pharmacies,’ with no effort to guide me or help. This level of incompetence and apathy is unacceptable, especially in a field where people rely on care and assistance. The staff here are nothing more than a waste of space, completely unsuited for a profession that demands compassion and competence. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere—this place is an embarrassment to the industry.

   Awful! Never answer the phone and they’re so rude in person! Never any updates on when your prescription is ready, they always question why you haven’t waited for your “text”… that never arrives! A year ago this place was amazing, it’s horrendous now

   They never answer the phone. Literally the only way to contact them is to drive to the store and wait in line. Pretty basic: people will have questions and want to check status on prescriptions. Someone needs to answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 hours with no answer. It's an emergency so I'm just going to keep calling, sorry guys.

   Absolutely ridiculous place. They received prescription a week ago, got there and it was "lost".... They could see it on the screen, but normal staff wouldn't be there for an hour.... I went back an hour later and they'd found it, bit didn't have the item..... They'd had it for a week but.not.bothered to order it!
