   Will never use this pharmacy again, would rather be ill than have to speak to the person who served me today, I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her(who were considerably more pleasant) Very little patience for my problem so went to a different pharmacy in Heathcote and was treated nicely and with respect. I hope if she reads this that she consider that perhaps people visiting a pharmacy might not be having the best day and a tiny bit of empathy may be required.

   We have used Mellors ever since we lived in Warwick from 2013. Have always had good service from them, and very handy now they are next to the medical centre and only a 5 minute walk for us.

   Since having a lot of staff changes this pharmacy has really improved. My prescription was even ready ahead of time and they are now offering a 24hour pick up at the outside kiosk if you have an exemption. This is helpful in beating any queues/waiting times and I can get my meds on my way home from work (even after they closed). Great service from a new team with an essence of old Mellors.

   The pharmacist was very rude about my polite inquiry. They said they won’t accept sharps bins from other pharmacies (including online pharmacies), other than their own customers who order prescriptions through them. In the pharmacist’s words “we won’t accept anyone else’s rubbish”. Which is in breach of their NHS contract to safely dispose of clinical waste. Warwick council will not collect or assist in disposing off clinical sharp bins (the one for needles), so I asked my GP & they said pharmacies can accept the sharp bins but this pharmacy won’t assist me in that matter.

   This is a pharmacy inside the priory medical centre. Its a very organised, clean, newly decorated pharmacy. The staff are great, caring, and very polite. There is a coffee machine inside that you can get a coffee and pay by card. They offer a self collection prescription service which is 24/7 and a great help for weekends or late night collections. It has never taken me more than a few minutes to collect my prescription there. The parking of the medical centre is available for use.
