   Came in at 7pm to then be told that they’d locked everything up despite closing at 8pm. Returned the following day for them to tell me that rhey can’t process prescriptions and that they were shipping their items out. The same guy from the night before was there and did not think to mention that. A huge waste of my time. Clearly have no clue what is going on. If there are changes in times or supplies they should inform people instead of making them come back.

   The place is useless now, they've never got the stock to fill the prescription orders and just hang on to the prescription without letting you know they've not got the medicines, try to call them but never an answer on the phone

   Pharmacy closed earlier than it's actual closing time. Staff advised they had the item, however couldn't serve as they shut off systems before actual close time

   Never answer their phone, and the unqualified assistants feel they're the gatekeepers of healing, refusing to provide medication to you even after being directly recommended by a GP.

   Staff are pleasant, but the pharmacy never answer the phone. Which when you're sick and need to check somethings in before making a journey is inconvenient.

   I was leaving for a holiday later this day and I did not have enough of my medication to last the duration of the trip. I had asked the GP to put through an emergency prescription but this was taking too long. After speaking to Harp, he called the GP to check that the emergency prescription was being processed before he issued me the medication. Thanks to Harp I was able to go ahead with the holiday, so thank you for going above and beyond. I would also like to say that every time I have asked for a prescription the staff have been polite and efficient, placing this store above any other I have used, in my eyes.

   If a pharmacy supposedly opens at 8am, I expect to be able to get my prescription from 8am. I've been in a lot of pain and had to walk to the pharmacy only to be told the pharmacist was running 30 mins late so I won't be able to get any prescriptions until they arrive. It was 8.15 when I arrived. Absolutely ridiculous that a pharmacy which opens at 8am won't be dispensing until nearer 9am. People may come out their way to get to the pharmacy and need to get to work on time etc., but obviously the pharmacist doesn't understand getting to work on time!
