    I picked a hair conditioner, price shown was £3.5 but at the till £6.99, shop assistant said she can only sell it as the till shows her, I asked for the manager and she replied she's alone on the shopfloor. I just left, I felt badly for the girl but it's not fair nor legal to have different price displayed.

    Medicines never in stock when you need it, plus pharmacy closed on sunday- whoevers clever idea that was! Better going to other community pharmacies where stock is available.

    Helpful staff verbally letting me know where the item I wanted was located. Very limited vegetarian meal deal. No Cashier waited till someone finished what they were doing to be served. Queue started to form behind me felt rushed. Cashier was pleasant.

    It was good. The staff were polite and friendly. It is securely situated in the end part of the Dagenham mini mall. Good selection of the usual products you will find in boots. Parking available at Nearby lidyl or the mall's parking bay behind at a fee of about £2.50 and hour

    Went here to collect an order from the perfume department, the young girl who served us was rude and ignorant, took the order from my wife's hand ✋️ and during the time we were waiting for her to get the order, the she did not say a word, when she gave my wife her parcel she just gave a snidey smile, know wander the shop is empty. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
