   This has been the worst solicitor firm I have ever dealt with. Communication is absolutely terrible — they repeatedly promise to call back and never do. On several occasions, I was told to call back at a specific time, only to be told later that the person I needed to speak with was unavailable or on lunch. My case was ongoing for far longer than it should have been due to constant delays and empty promises. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a clear lack of care or professionalism. Their attitude over the phone made the entire experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, they misplaced important documents and then asked me to re-sign everything as if it wasn’t a serious issue. At that point, I decided to end my case with them entirely. If you’re looking for a solicitor who communicates, values your time, and treats you with respect, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This firm provided the worst service I have ever experienced.

   I have nothing but positive things to say about Miriam and the law firm that she assiduously runs. I have SO much to thank and appreciate her for. She was incredibly proactive and efficient in working through my case and (with the expected stresses that come with being a first time buyer), Miriam ensured that there was a wholly smooth process.
