Would never use this lot again. Very very poor experience. Cannot recommend. Would recommend anywhere else though.
Terrible experience- due to all I can call incompetence- 6 months on and lost sale of my dad's house - can't blame buyers for withdrawing from buying! Paperwork needed left till last minute then taking over a week to inform us that had received and what the next step would be! Would not recommend

Used Applebys for a house purchase, which we'd bought at auction. Usman managed to expedite the transaction to comply with the terms of the auction contract, even with myself causing undue complications. The whole process was smooth and Applebys quote for the job was considerably less than other solicitors, so all in all, I'm very happy and would not hesitate using their services again.
