   Visited this pharmacy for the first time as I was in the area and needed medication for the next day. Tried to purchase over the counter travel sickness tablets for a family of 6 and was told by staff I couldn’t buy more than one pack without a prescription. This is a lie as I’ve previously bought more at a time elsewhere. It is medication we have all taken before and find works well for us. I then had to make another trip to my regular pharmacy to get enough medication for all of us. Disgusting customer service outright lying to me. Staff appeared rude and unhelpful. Would recommend going elsewhere.

   2 weeks ago, confirmed by pharmacy assistant, my GP approved my repeat prescription however when I went to pick it up this morning the pharmacy hadn't bothered to order it. 2 weeks they've had. Useless, incompetent service

   Try to be as helpful as possible, they are not responsible for doctors mistakes. The staff are friendly. During covid was helpful to keep staff safe rather than staff becoming ill and having to close. Most helpful during difficult times for an ill family member.

   Been using this pharmacy over 6 years. Certain pharmacist likes to be cleverer than Doctor. Refused today (Saturday) to prescribe second page of a prescription because Dr forgot to sign that page. This may be strictly legal but considering she has made up prescriptions with the same tablets for many years she did not have to refuse even a temporary provision until Dr opens on Monday. I had occasions in the past when her attitude was off hand but put up with it. Now no more.
