   I first used this store many years ago, bought a back packing bag and still have it. Great shop and trust products to be of a certain quality and a decent price. Definitely would recommend using and also get a certain customer service that is long so not the norm nowadays... Its great that such shops still exist..

   Picked up a cheap daysack in the sale, even though that's not what I went in for. Bought some new walking shoe's at reasonable price. But, unlike previous occasions no help from the member of staff. Fortunately I knew what I required.

   Went in to by some camping equipment. The tills upstairs although manned by two people were not serving people. I went downstairs, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served because some guy was returning stuff he had ordered online. I was told by Maisey one of the shop assistants that she could not serve me with cash on the other till, when I complained in a business like manner, she said I was being rude(which I wasn't) I pointed out that it was important as a business that the management get customer feedback, she replied " i don't want to continue this conversation " so I left feedback on Google. The people who work here are extremely rude, this is a reflection of the company as a whole.

   I would like to say Thank you to Craig (shop assistant) who was extremely patient and helpful with us . He brings his high knowledge at work. Over a year I had a pain in my leg and non of the insole did not solved my problem, but he helped me he showed one insole explain everything about it and now I have no pain at all. Thank you Craig keep it up.

   Clean well laid out store, a range of goods on display making buying in store better than online as able to look and feel the products. I bought a pair of merrell walking shoes. The staff were very friendly, knowledge and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the member of staff who assisted me or I would have mentioned him. He went out of his way to make sure I bought the correct fitting shoes ensuring I walked around the store and up/down a slope to check for correct fitting. If I'd bought online I would have bought size I usually wear and ended up with shoes too small. Definitely recommend this store.
