   Used to be a really good pharmacy. Completely useless now. Anything that's difficult to get they've gone from being really proactive to completely apathetic about. They make one attempt and declare its out of stock forever then go back to your doctor and request a completely different medication at different quantities with no discussion or option given to you as a patient. Why would anyone want half the amount of a random brand? All medications were available at other pharmacies and the prescription could have been transferred but no, they change my medication. Won't use again.

   Always on point , my prescription was misplaced by my doctors, called in to pick up my prescription, it’s not there. The pharmacist and the assistant got on the case , sorted all my meds and did it with a smile and courtesy all the staff are great.

   The male owner is lovely and always pleasant and helpful but the lady answering the phone today was very bolshy when they hadn't recieved my prescription and I said there must have been a disconnect between the doctors and pharmacy . Shame really , they've been lovely prior . Its me that loses out and is in pain so I don't appreciate her tone adding to an already unhappy situation . Hopefully he employs someone else not so sensitive to very slight criticisms and who has a better phone manner .

   Went to collect prescription. Not all parts here 'come back this afternoon's. Phone in the afternoon no one is picking up. Drive over, shop quiet, no one waiting. They give my awaited medication get home one missing. Start to phone again - no one answering. Phone sister shop - 'do they answer phones at Arley on Friday afternoon's?' "They should do. I'll give them a call" Try again later - no answer.it rings until it cuts out. I have no medication for the weekend. Seems their weekend has already started! Steve C.
