   They are very kind and professional, always willing to help and explain everything related to your pet condition. It´s a relief that they offer emergency service 24/7 and that they share information with other clinics within their group, so you can attend either one if needed.

   Had a lovely experience yesterday evening with the vets. Called for an emergency appointment due to being concerned for our puppy. The receptionist ladies were very lovely and friendly. The vet was very reassuring and put mine and my partners mind at ease. So happy I went with these vets. 10/10 experience☺️

   We have only been with Mead Road for about 18 months. Our old vet that was a standalone was swallowed into a chain and became awful. Since we joined we’ve really not had the best experience with Mead Road vets. My main issues are no continuity of care and awful communication. We had to wait 12 hours to speak to a vet after our very ill dog was rushed to them and admitted. Yep 12 hrs! Also if you need to submit an insurance claim be advised they have one person working on the forms and she only works 2 days a week so in our experience expect several weeks delay and thats with chasing. We had the sad experience of our beloved doggie becoming very poorly after they had performed a procedure. The problem was the specialist member of the team- infact the only person there who could do it went on a 3 wk holiday after performing it so they then didn’t have anyone else in-house who could continue his care. Again with the lack of communication. Really very unhappy overall. They seem more interested in your money than your pets care. I’ve only given 3 stars as we eventually struck lucky and saw vet Trish. She was amazing and saved our doggies life.

   Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. I found Mead Centre to be helpful, courteous and understanding during this sad time. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. The process was dealt with professionalism, love and understanding, thank you.

   Really lovely vets. Very informative and helpful. Easy to reach and quick to book in. The staff were very friendly and Kim the vet was lovely and very patient with my curious kitten. I can see why I was recommended this vets!

   If I could give a 0 star I would, unprofessional egotistical and arrogant vet prescribed the wrong treatment, and missed a vital problem with my dog leading to further complications that will now cost more (at another vet) to fix, tried to avoid liability by being rude and aggressive and implying I’ve wasted his time talking to me and met me with sarcastic remarks about putting my dog to sleep. Honestly can’t tell you how disgusted I am with his attitude was caught out on a mistake and belittled and was aggressive towards me when it was questioned. Honestly if you want proper treatment take your dog elsewhere, they are only capable of routine stuff here.
