   This team are incredible. I've honestly had experiences with many pharmacies, and have been totally blown away by the support, patience, kindness and professionalism of these lovely people. They are welcoming and treat one like an individual, remembering my name even and delivering the services they can to the utmost standard. Going over and above. Thank-you so much.

   Visited today at approx 11am. Monday 26/07/24. Short blonde woman working was very rude. Had an attitude the whole time serving me. I work hospitality so I’m acutely away of how my mood impacts others. So I was nothing but pleasant to her. I’ve used this pharmacy a few times and never encountered her before so I don’t know if that’s just her personality or she was having an off day. But if you can’t be courteous and polite, then maybe a customer facing role isn’t for you

   Just want to say a huge thanks to the pharmacist today. Fiona was brilliant at explaining what we needed for plantar fasciitis, and her advice was spot on. She went above and beyond in helping us today. Thank you so much for your help.

   Rude pharmacist!! Items missing on now 2 occasion, items also out of stock with no contact when they arrive back in. The way the pharmacist speaks to people she really needs to find a new non customer facing role. If I spoke to anyone like that, then I am sure I would be out of a job. This has been on several occasions and again to my partner today. Someone really needs to do a mystery shop on this store to see how rude they are!!! Would put zero stars if it was possible.

   Rude staff .did not want to serve me realy .accused me of being in .asking for same med recently .even though i had not been in the store for months. .they need to work on there customer service skills .and rather than talking very loudly in front of other customers .and making you feel unconfortable .

   Very busy, I asked if my prescription would be ready before closing time in half hour and the assistant Sarah said she couldn't promise it. When I said some of the tablets were needed she walked out the back of the shop and could plainly be heard to say "these people make me sick" I complained to Tesco but heard nothing back from them!
