   May be me being a bit picky but the opening times are unsocial for people who work a 9 to 5 and need to collect a prescription. I've been caught out a few times missing the 5.30 close due to traffic. Opening till 6 like the actual practice on one day a week would be beneficial to a lot of people. Edit.... After 3 weeks of waiting for a prescription I managed to get ot of work early to collect. Only for them to have forgotten about it. Just need to wait another 2 weeks now - splendid! I couldn't even take the prescription to a different pharmacy. This is the last time I'm using Knights, this process has been frustrating and I sympathise with others who rely on them.

   Since about a year ago, it has been hard to get prescriptions on time. Subsequently, every month I spend time trying to make sure my subscription makes it in time before my last runs out. This year having put the request in 10 days prior (as requested) I had a text at 4.30 Christmas Eve to say my prescription was ready. I don’t keep my phone to hand so subsequently missed their Christmas deadline. I have repeatedly driven to pick up as the website said they were open but to no avail. I am still without my medication. This is becoming a monthly trial which I do not need
