   I have to say that this pharmacy is really good .I had to leave my last pharmacy due to my prescription for my morphine patches never being on time .The handpost staff go out of there way to help you .thank you to all the staff .

   I genuinely have to say, they have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life (I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but I can not emphasise it enough). I explained the situation and were more than happy to help, and get it done for me within an hour, even though they are extremely busy. I know who my new, go-to Pharmacy is. A huge thank you.... I tried going to 5 pharmacies, calling an additional 6; all in the Newport area - not one of them would help, and to be perfectly honest, really didn't give me the time of day. Why do they do/offer the 'Choose Pharmacy' option, to alleviate the pressures which are on GP Surgeries & the NHS/Health Boards,,,,, and then not allow you to do it; "oh, we are too busy to be doing that for you", "we haven't got time sorry" and my favourite "just go to A&E at the Grange, or Minor Injuries at RGH".... really for severe hay-fever?????

   Best pharmacy in the world. All the team are friendly, hard working and efficient. Always happy to help with any issues you have and will go out of there way to get to the bottom of a prescription problem. Adrian the driver is always pleasant and will go out of his way to get your prescription delivered, and help you with any other reasonable requests in any way possible. All in all, amazing team and very highly regarded within the community!
