   Absolutely fantastic service from Andrew! I had my ears cleaned today and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Andrew was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, worked gently, and the results were amazing — I can hear so much better now! I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone.    This is how a pharmacy should be! 10/10 Quick efficient and knowledgeable- phoned my GP for an appointment at 8am who advised me to go to JDS Evans at 10am and I was seen and given antibiotics by a prescribing pharmacist here by 10:20am I was taken from the main desk to a private building not 10 steps away and found the process much easier, nicer and faster than actually waiting in the GP waiting room for a doctor to prescribe- excellent service - more pharmacies should offer this - I also noticed a 24hr prescription collection service - absolute game changer

   Great service. Andy told me the process of what he was going to do to check my ear for an infection. Shown me the outcome via a video. Can instantly get along with him and a really nice personality. Would definitely recommend coming here. Will come again in future if i ever need to.

   We had a consultation with Mr Evans for Mum who has an Ear allergy, the appointment was swift and the diagnosis was given. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I wish all appointments were this quick. First class service as always. Jds Evens have been a part of our family for over 40 years and will continue to be for many more. Thank you Mr Evans.

   This is the worst pharmacy ever. It takes ages to get anything from there. Happened already twice I had left prescription, which supposed to be ready in 10 min and after 40 min I had to wait another 25 min......they have never checked in the beginning if they have medication from the prescription....always plenty of Staff there, but this is the only one pharmacy where people are constantly waiting outside for a very long time.......it has been always terrible experience with this pharmacy!!!!!

   I ava been waiting today,40 min while other people were coming and leaving with their prescription.after i have asked why am i treated with discrimination, the person working there went and came with my medicines straight away.shame on you!JDS pharmacy! The worst pharmacy ever!

   I have had a nightmare of an experience with this pharmacy honestly! Firstly, when I order my prescription online I opt to collect it from the 24 hour robot, and I have to order my prescription monthly. However, in December I had ordered a prescription for the robot and waited 2 weeks to receive the SMS with my code, so rang chemist who said it's still at the doctor's (right next door) and to sort it with them, I did this, doctors said it hadn't been sent so I ended up ordering another one online and getting that 2 weeks later!! Now in January I have ordered my prescription 3 times and still have not heard anything from them! Definately going to be switching pharmacy because of this!

   Can’t open on time, keeps customers waiting on necessarily in the cold. A very poor and incredibly slow service. They (staff) should spend more time with working and delivering services to customers than Standing around talking. Poor service
