   I have had issues with the new NHS app. Whereby my repeat prescriptions have been approved by GP but nothing appears at the "ROBOT". On contacting the pharmacy they have ensured that my medication will appear in the machine today. Have always found the staff there helpful and professional. Knowing their help can be relied upon is very re-assuring. Many thanks, David.

   Have nothing but praise for this pharmacy, they do their best under extreme pressure and will go out of their way to help. Having to wait 20 minutes for medication isn’t long at all compared to other places, if I’ve waited weeks for a drs appointment what’s 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Yes you can hear them chatting and laughing, why not hey, I’m sure it helps them get through their busy day and also with the abuse they receive from impatient customers. The collection point to a great help too, if I can’t get to the pharmacy in working hours. Keep up the good work all.

   Visited this pharmacy a few days ago as I had a prescription. Never been here before was shocked to be told I had to wait 30 minutes for one item on my prescription. I’m not surprised as most of the dispensary staff were having a good chit chat about inappropriate topics whilst there were only two girls on the shop floor, rushed off their feet whilst the phone was constantly ringing. I noticed there was a woman on the shop floor who was being trained, looked like there was lack of support for her. However she was very polite and professional even though she was under pressure, I think her name was Sam, thank you for being helpful. Sadly won’t be returning.

   Helpful and friendly staff that are willing to go that extra mile to help you out (unlike my doctors). I've never had a bad experience when visiting or calling. Open until 6pm making it easy to get there after work.

   The staff are always polite even though i have seen a few customers blaming and shouting at staff but 99.9% it will be the doctors fault .... Never waiting around , plus if the Doctors do make a mistake the pharmacy tries to help , i find they are more helpful than a Doctors because at least you can see these .. Great team in the chemist :)

   Staff are polite and very helpful , Fast and efficient though always busy , Give advice where needed .. Other Pharmacies i have been to are not so busy and you can wait up to 45mins for a basic prescription . I recommend this pharmacy on stock , polite staff , parking , Helpful .

   Lovely staff. Professional, caring, prompt. I often forget to reorder my prescription in time. The staff are so accommodating and always do what they can to help, with a smile. What more could you ask for !!??
