   Worst pharmacy we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Very rude, ignorant staff who aren’t capable of reading a prescription. I contacted head office who didn’t respond. The shop itself stinks of fried food, I have seen staff entering the building regularly late at night. Far superior pharmacies within walking distance of Mayberry- take your custom elsewhere as these are incompetent and untrustworthy

   Haven't used them long but always been impressed with this pharmacy. Especially when I got there just before closing worried I would be without my medication but they were very accomadating & understanding. Fast and friendly service.

   Staff are great but god is everything so slow. Constant line queuing around the corner. Quite obvious more staff is needed and a smarter way of working required. Often the person serving is also the one dispensing.

   Opening times for Good Friday stated 'open' on the Thursday, only to change on the Friday to 'Good Friday may affect these times'....not good enough when your repeat prescription is there and you find out it's closed and no details of the affected times....just be honest.

   Staff are friendly but the service is shocking. I'm not one to complain but when you have a certain amount of time to collect your medication on lunch etc... Its just simply not enough time - there should be more than one staff member on the counter at a time. Every time I've come to collect I'm stood waiting for 30-40 mins at a time - not good enough!

   Ladies behind counter are lovely, but delivery service is now down to one person. If you miss our delivery they will nolonger redilver. Spoke to pharmacist online to try and get redilvery as I am unable to drive at the moment as too I'll and I have no one else to collect for me. I suffer from arthritis so queuing outside for over an hour with no seat is also not an option. Pharmacist not helpful and I have now been 5 days without my diabetes meds. Unless you phone before 10am the phone lines are also constantly engaged and Thet nolonger open on weekends.
