Waited a month for an appointment to discuss my will with the Farsley office. Arrived to find nobody there and the phone number disconnected. Called head office to be told the Farsley had closed the week before and someone would call me back to explain. Nobody did.

I ve given it 3 stars because I have used them before and they ve been ok. Unfortunately I ve rang them twice in a week and have been assured somebody would ring me back. I presume they don't need my custom as nobody has bothered. I will not be using them again..shame as they re local
