The shop was closed for refurbishment when we arrived. We drove for 40 minutes just to come here. Appears to be a family business. These guys let us in and allowed us to make our purchase. We spent a little over £250 and was given a great deal. Thank you guys. I might be back for the rifle weapon my lad wanted if I can find another £299!!!!! Was very pleased with our purchases.

First time visiting the new location; if I thought the first was good this turned it up to eleven! Service is great! Something that I was really impressed by was the resident 'tech letting me know that fixing an AEG would probably come to more than it was worth; many places would just have taken the money. Another good point is how quickly they can obtain less-than-common RIFs; may not keep them is stock but "know a man who can". Certainly going to be back (when her Ladyship isn't looking)

There wasn’t an option for zero stars unfortunately Placed an order a week ago through Clearpay Have had no contact despite me sending 3 emails trying to find out when the delivery date will be so I can arrange to be home Ignored on all 3 occasions. No movement with tracking not dispatched Customer service is absolutely non existent and have now opened a dispute to get my deposit back and cancel the order. Looking at the reviews this kind of problem is quite common which speaks volumes about this company Strongly recommend NOT to shop with these ignorant people

I am not a person who leaves negative reviews but ordered an item on a Monday that was in stock and paid the fastest delivery available. I emailed Thursday as closed (that’s cool) but Friday I phoned and asked where was my stuff. The guy I spoke to who had ZERO customer service skills was arrogant and rude and basically it ended up him saying we will just refund. No help, no apology, no appreciation and showed ZERO regard or support or sympathy. I buy alot of stuff and you can’t treat customers like this and this company needs to sort itself out. Personally I wouldn’t give this business one penny of my money in future so be warned!!

I visited their premises, all the way from Kent, today and i wasn't disappointed. The staff, sorry Gent's i didn't get your names, were so helpful, they helped me find a petrol station. They are very knowledgeable. Don't know why ppl have posted bad reviews because i cannot fault them. The weapons are competitively price and they give you 30 days, if you so wish, to pay for the weapon of your choice. I thoroughly recommend them and shall definitely be purchasing more gear from them.

Bought an Aliens Plus Rifle but unfortunately it was damaged ( no fault of the stores) Spoke to Lee and he was kind enough to arrange a collection of it and get me a replacement out. Anyone looking for the best value , metal, working Aliens Pulse Rifle look no further than Extreme Airsoft. I just wish all online retailers had this level of Customer service. Worst experiance ever. Do not by from extreme airsoft. Received faulty l85 scope was massivly out to the right. Full left adjustment was still way out. Unusable. Blow back not working correctly. Ignored all emails and letter in bix plus phone calls asking for refund. Sent back withing 7 days from receipt. Had to open pay pal case took over a month to get my money back. Only 30 day warranty on terms plus says credit note. They have low prices but not worth 30 day warranty term. they did everything not to refund me. Others give 12 months warranty. Kept saying once returned they would call to discuss. This never happend. They sent me same gun back out of the blue scratched from not taking care while supposedly fixing it. Just ignored anything I asked. And would not give straight answers when phoned. I will be reporting to trading standards for ignoring distance selling. And don't think they can only just offer a credit note. My advice stay away Date of experience: 28 September 2022
