Very rude, waited by the counter to be served but the staff were just talking between themselves. They knew I was waiting but they didn’t even look over they blanked me. Waiting a few mins and walked out. Never going back
Turned up for flu jab which had been cancelled without letting me know despite Lloyds having my mobile number and email address. Only one person trained to give flu jab! Blamed head office saying they sent out cancellation notifications but never received a text, phone call nor email. Luckily, Boots Holton Road were far more helpful and gave me flu jab within 10 minutes. Will not be using Lloyds Pharmacy again.
After having mine & my daughters flu vaccine cancelled without notification at another pharmacy we came here to enquire about getting one. Luckily they managed to fit us in that morning due to having a cancellation. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The lady that administered the vaccine was so lovely. What started off as a stressful day turned into a much better day so thank you.
Beyond annoyed with this place doctors sent my prescription here and I’ve waited 48 hours to go there today to be told you’ll need to wait at least a week to get your prescription what utter nonsense came out of the guys mouth rude and not helpful at all going to now have to ring gp surgery and try and get a new prescription printed to take elsewhere nothing but problems with this place why I never use them for prescriptions
Absolutely Amazing Girls in there and always so helpful and since I've had my meds done and it's been messed up beyond a joke they are always on hand to help. Thank you all your Awesome xxx
Put in a prescription on the Thursday and told would be ready the following day. We left while the Saturday and when we asked for it, we were told it wasn't ready. And told to come back in 10 mins. Not the first time this has happened either!
