   If I could give this place a 0 I would they are so poor with people skills and clearly at their jobs as by the looks of these reviews I'm not.the only person walking out if here today with the same issue. I went to the doctor to check where my prescription was and they told me it was at this place which usually I avoid like the plauge as I always have problems here. But when I went I was told to wait a second whilst they found out what was going on and they clearly forgot about me as I a Had to ask again what was going on to be left waiting for another 10 minutes for another woman to come out and then tell me I'm not giving them enough time to sort out my prescription and to come back again Thursday!! I hate this place with a passion and I will be telling the doctors to never send my prescriptions here again as they make me feel more anxious.

   If I could rate this 0 I would. They claim to not have had a prescription put in, than when I said my step dad had put it in, they claimed he was lying, even receptionist at the doctors confirmed my step dad picked it up and put it in. So they aren’t taking responsibility of misplacing it, rather than admit to it, they’d rather call people liars. I’m charging pharmacy’s as this one isn’t fit for purpose. Too many mistakes (even within my family), one woman that needs people training skills, as she shouldn’t reduce customers to tears. Don’t get me started on the treatment my mum is given from this particular woman who needs people skills.

   Every month there is a problem never on time, berly get it right . the final straw I phoned today to find out where my order was, they said they tried to deliver it. I didn't even get told it was being delivered in fact ever since Karen left its all gone to pot infact 1 of the cashier was a bit rude I'm not a Karen soccor mom type but this women hasn't been there 5 minutes apparently her husband is the delivery driver I'm not impressed I'm usually a good judge of character but didn't get any redeeming qualities from either. I was quite poorly. I asked if it can be redelivered only to be told they don't do that. That's new on me as this has been done before. I'm so annoyed I have put up with all sorts of problems ever since the most professional Karen and have been patient but this is the final straw. I will be asking to use another pharmacy. Come back Karen you are sorely missed the only one that was holding my loyalty there was you and Lisa. Shocking how bad its gone. They struck again they missed my month meds I've been so confused I wasn't sure when they delivered it turns out they didn't pick up November's script at all but did try and blame us. I expected all splutter of excuses. No redeeming qualities. My daughter went to collect meds they said they did but my privacy button was on. BIG FAT LIE BECAUSE NO DELIVERY WAS MADE AS THE SURGERY SAID THE LAST PRESCRIPTION WAS IN OCTOBER.

   Staff are always happy and friendly. Never had a problem with them and been using their repeat prescription services for over 5 years, always ready when I've gone to pick up.
