   Now Nick is not there much it all seems to be going down hill (actually it has!), wait times and ordering medication is a joke! ..... Always have to go back an hour later and today they were unable to locate my medication that had to be ordered over a week ago.. Staff are not very polite either. Absolutely fantastic when the owner took over and nothing to much trouble with trustworthy information/advice given. I Will be getting my medication owed, unfortunately and sadly I think I'm going to have to find a new pharmacy. Such a shame! If nick comes back full time please comment and let me know. Many thanks.

   Very busy pharmacy. Always polite and do their best to help. Most staff lovely and helpful. Welsh speaking staff member ( Da Iawn!). However one staff member needs some customer service development. Use this pharmacy regularly and generally they are very good. Thank you!

   Really pleasant first visit here. The staff were polite, helpful and rapidly dispensed my medication. I particularly liked the fact that you are very close to the medical centre. Parking is very limited though. However there is charging for electric cars nearby.

   As Carolyn Heath stated in her post, my wife and I were also totally frustrated with our local pharmacy in Barry so changed to this pharmacy about a year ago..What an improvement! The staff are all very helpful and the most important issue is that 99% of items are always in stock with no waiting days for out of stock items as was the frequent case with our previous pharmacy. A breath of fresh air..well done to you all...

   My husband and I were getting increasingly frustrated at how inefficient our previous pharmacy was we changed to St. Brides. I am so pleased with this pharmacy. The staff are always polite and helpful. I feel that they are trying very hard here to keep patients happy whilst also being professional and safe.......not always easy to do!!!!

   Used to be one of the best pharmacies around. Over past 3/4 months it's just gone downhill. Systems put in place by them are completely illogical for monthly prescription users & the customer service is now absolutely shocking. Utterly rude!
