   My husband went to this chemist for Gaviscon THEY gave him chewable ones ,as I felt so sick I could not possibly chew them,we live very near the shop,and my husband rang to ask if they would exchange them for the take with water tablets ,they didn't have any so asked if they had Acidex yes but. Chewable only so asked if he could return for refund the answer was NO, they said we could return them but no refund!!! I find that appalling I have tried to support this shop even though on line prices for same things are cheaper by far online I bought from them in a effort to support local shopping this wasn't even our mistake it cost £11 WE are pensioners in our 80s Shame on them

   Husband went to pick up a prescription he really needed and asked would it be possible to do now as he’s on lunch and the lady was very rude and said well I’d like to go on my lunch aswell. Bare in mind she still had 15 minutes until the pharmacy closed for the 1pm lunch

   Always polite, cheerful and helpful. I moved to this pharmacy several years ago and not only is their day to day service excellent, but in emergencies they have procured and delivered meds to me within a couple of hours. My only reservation is their weekend closing but their general standard of service is good enough to excuse that.
