   Genuinely awful pharmacy. Never, ever had a prescription that was right first time for myself or anyone else in my household. Some of the younger staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately lacking in understanding of appropriate conversation and language to use when around customers, I’m not opposed to swearing but when there are f-bombs loudly being dropped at the front desk with a queue of customers it’s incredibly unprofessional. Really harsh and unpleasant older, tall, blonde woman in there behind the scenes who is really rude. Absolute disaster of a place.

   Their attitude stinks! The staff serving are very kind and considerate, but the moment you speak to a pharmacist its like your under questioning. It's odd as NHS pushes people to use pharmacies more, yet haven't given them the skills to deal with the public. Empathy goes a long way!

   Very busy resulting in some delay but that’s to be expected with the number of patients they deal with. Staff appear very competent and professional with great people skills. There are a number of pharmacists and they are diligent and knowledgable when advising patients. The pharmacy is in the same building as my GP which is very convenient.

   The staff are not willingly helpful, they are rude and officious, they wont listen to your side of any dispute, according to them they are always right. They want to charge for re dilvery when its their fault tablets are not in stock manifestly unfair.

   The store is kept nice and clean, the staff are friendly and will do what they can to try and help. The only down side is the wait time. There is always a massive queue and time to wait is long. It is a busy pharmacy and I don't no how they can fix the small issue. This is my regular pharmacy so it not bad enough to turn me away

   I think some of the time any delay is caused by the GP surgery getting scripts signed. I have always had good service from The Pharmacy. The staff try really hard under some extreme pressures. The service is free for prescriptions in Wales. There is granted some efficiency improvements that can be made with the process e.g. staggering 2mths scripts but this is again dictated by GPs. They have had a Pandemic to deal with and I believe done it well. I am sure now things are catching up they will look at the proactive nature of the operation as opposed to the reactive mode that they have had to contend with for the last 4yrs.

   This pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. Everyone has had to change their ways with covid coming and going however they have always remained polite, and very pleasant despite clearly being an extremely busy pharmacy! If you are in a queue of 15 people and you can only see 2 or 3 people behind the desk attending to everyone in the queue then they are clearly working even if it is not at the speed of lightening to which some people expect! There are usually young girls behind the desk and quite frankly you’ve got a cheek to complain about them if they provide you service and are pleasant about it which they always are! I use them rather regularly so see the different staff in there and I couldn’t complain.They have always rectified any situation if it is an error on their behalf and will advise on what to do otherwise. Thank You Evans Pharmacy for providing such a good service in my opinion you should ignore the bad reviews they have nothing better to do than complain!
