Always have a lovely experience at high street pharmacy, the staff are super helpful. Taylor was especially kind and was very friendly when checking my prescription and answered any questions I had ☺️
I like the fact that the pharmacy has been there a long time and serves a large number of people. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy has an online presence and, when registered, you can carry out online reordering of prescription items fairly easily. Additionally, there is a vending machine for prescription items should you be unable to visit during working hours. I have used this facility on occasions and only wish it had been available when I worked away full time. The main inconvenience for the pharmacy is the parking on High Street which is not great but you can generally find somewhere nearby. I recommend this business.
My flu jab experience was excepional. Walked in off the street with no need for an appointment & was out again within five minutes. A professional service all round. Just great & 12 hours later no sore arm! A result.
Lovely pharmacy best in Barry, very professional, well organised, always friendly and helpful. I recently had to run there after a late doctors appointment, even as their all leaving closing shop, they were a life saver going back in getting my babies antibiotics for me, no huffing and puffing, didn’t refuse me. Happy to of helped me, amazing ladies xxxx
Excellent. The service here is always with a smile and the staff are helpful, polite and efficient. Decided to change where I had my script sent as was fed up of feeling like I was a massive pain in the rear simply for asking if a script was done. I'm so sorry if you're overworked and buried under a mountain of prescriptions but it's not actually my fault! Plus I really do not like being so unwell. Have never once felt like this since using the High Street Pharmacy... quite the opposite. Excellent all round.
Lovely people in their, always efficient and never give anyone a hard time which is rare i find. Convenient location where walking from Barry train station or parking. Can't fault them. 5/5*

I have used this pharmacy many times. Prescriptions are ready a lot faster than others that I have used. If they only have some stock of certain items they will half fill your prescription until the rest is ready to be collected without any issues! Lovely helpful staff,
Phoned today to advise a prescription was available from my GP. High street pharmacy were more than helpful in explaining what they were going to do and when they would deliver. I'm more than happy with the service from high street and the helpful staff. Thank you Shelia Griffith-Jones
