   Do not shop here worst customer service iv experienced by far. I asked for names of two members of staff so i could use the proper complaints procedure, but was refused names. So many issues with a return of a £5 i wish id just brought another one and not tired to return a faulty item. Please use their competitors or other Sports Direct stores. This store needs retraining or new management

   If I could of scored zero I would, absolutely shocking store, won't sell items at the price advertised on sticker, accused me of putting the sale sticker on myself, as no other items had that sticker on even though you can tell when they have been peeled off.Manager doesn't have the decency to come and talk to customers, they have to go to him as he is watching the door with 2 other staff! Changing what he says previously and has no customer service skills what so ever!

   Useless wouldn’t help us when our sons metal stud came through on his boot after wearing them twice because we didn’t have the receipt. They clearly sell these on the shelves still not many places do sell metal studs and we use the shop regularly will not use them again after the policy there referring to is clearly useless

   I'll never go to sports direct coalville again, a group of staff standing around chatting and still chatting when i tried to get passed them to look at trainers.. the look of disgust i got because of was interrupting there mother's meeting!!!! When i asked for a certain size of trainers, i was told there over there!!! It must be great to get paid to stand around and do nothing .

   The only reason we went to the shop was because my son ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong size. Nobody answered the phone. The shop was busy on a Saturday morning. The staff were quite helpful and polite. I am much more impressed with the staff at the branch than the staff for online purchases.

   The best thing this store ever did was to relocate to where some other shops are near Morrisons. What was once a cramped, dark and unwelcoming store, is now a two-floored, spacious, bright and inviting store. They definitely made the right call and I can only imagine that their profit margins have perhaps doubled if not tripled because of this.
