Dreadful customer service, approacehed manager for help told they were busy ?? No other customers waiting … this why it’s easier just to shop online …
Terrible experience – avoid this store at all costs! The staff showed zero interest in helping customers. They rushed me out of the fitting room and treated me like a thief. I wasn't even given a receipt, and when I checked the app at home, I saw they charged me for two sweatshirts instead of one – and gave me a pair of pants in size S, even though I wear L. They even left the security tag on the shoes! This place is run by a bunch of scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store.
Had exactly what I wanted. Wide ranging sale items. Staff were quite friendly.
Went in to buy some trainers the staff couldn’t be bothered no enthusiasm very poor service.
Assistant couldn't be bothered to check if any trainers came in smaller size. Checked 2 styles and then announced they must have sold out of the size in the whole store without actually checking. Thanks for the help!
Alarm went off on way in as I had lights from wilkos I purchased earlier, on way out I was stopped by a jd member, no gloves or mask took my rucksack off me and proceeds to rummage through. How I'd get anything to to the bottom of a full rucksack is beyond me. No sir you do not have the right to do that, especially embarrassing infront of my son.. Hope I don't catch anything from you! RUDE!
Not impressed and the music was far far too loud and a health hazard. You could not hear yourself or speak or hear anything. The experience was bad and I doubt that I will venture in that establishment again. To add insult to injury we considered buying an article showing discounted price only told it was a bar code. Not impressed
I asked for a size from one of the customer assistants, they said to show them the item so i went over, instead of following they just completely ignored me then asked another customer asistant and they couldnt go in the stock room to check as they were needed on shopfloor even though it was completely empty. No one responded as i waited. Atrocious customer service.
