   I wouldn't normally go to the length of writing a review but I don't want anyone to go through what I currently am. I would avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for my sons football club over 12 weeks ago now, I chased again 3 weeks ago and was told items would be despatched within 1-2 weeks as they are currently printing but now over 3 weeks later I have no products. The phone lines never get picked up and mailbox is always full, it takes weeks to hear a response through email and when you do its not resolving the issue. Do not order unless you want to just give money away as you wont receive a product for months or if ever.

   I wish I had seen the reviews before I placed an order. I was sent Men's items by mistake and when I asked for an exchange I was told as they were personalised items I can't get an exchange or refund. I have opened a case with Trading Standards to get a refund. Avoid this business....

   Avoid using this company. I ordered shorts, shirts, socks, training tops, rain jackets for the football team i am a volunteer coach for. (so a £1,000+ order). They ignored my email for three weeks, delivered the order late and with incorrect items. Two weeks after raising it through email and their online returns process, not a word on rectifying the problems they created - if you are looking for kit for a team you coach AVOID using KitKing, we have enough to do as volunteer coaches without these guys adding extra stress. Absolutely awful customer service.

   I normally don't write reviews, but this company has been awful to deal with. Unfortunately I had no choice to use this company, as this is where my son's school directed me to get his sports kit. I waited around 7 weeks for my son's sports kit to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong size. For the last three weeks I have been phoning and emailing the company to try and get this resolved; however this is still outstanding. I am not able to leave a message as it says the voicemail is full! I definitely wouldn't recommend.

   Would strongly recommend not using this company ! The phone line provided doesn't ever get answered ! Give a try! Would recommend trying to contact this awful company before ordering to see what sort of contact back you will recieve ! It takes about 4-5 days for them to email back ! I've requested multiple phones calls and sent many emails giving them a chance to contact me regarding my orders ! They bill you then say they don't have the stock ! Would avoid and save your kids/players disappointments when you have told them kits have been ordered to then have nothing to show them ! Awful service and will not be using again

   Their items are decent prices but honestly there other sites that offer similar prices. I cannot recommend them they take so long to deliver. Companies like prodirectsport offer similar prices but deliver at a much quicker time frame. I ordered 4 personalised jackets and it's taken 3 months to receive. Preciously I ordered just 1 jacket and that took almost 2 months. Ive used them for years but Their delivery times are getting longer and longer I would recommend you search for other places before settling with them as you can expect to be waiting for a long while. Honestly all this would be fine if they made an effort to update you, I was told my items were taking so long because some of it went missing, I had to contact them to find this out. And as a gesture if good customer service you would think since it went missing it would be fast tracked. Instead I was told it would be put on the list and would take another 4 weeks to deliver. This is after 2 months of waiting. Poor customer service too long to deliver, decent prices but use them as a last option

   We ordered kit to be shipped to Romania and the service provided was shocking. The sending of our two packages was initially delayed because one of their members of staff was on holiday then one of our packages got lost and the staff didn't seem to care as we had already paid. It took three to four emails each time to get a reply to one question and this was often from someone new who had to find out what was going on. We suggested they send stock from their warehouse to replace the lost stock but this was met with no reply so we requested a refund. Thankfully this was their fastest action which has allowed us to shop elsewhere. Lazy customer service and rather pompous and condescending in their line of communication.

   We ordered our club cricket kit from KitKing and are really happy with the results. All the way through, Sam was incredibly helpful and supportive and guided us through the process. KitKing were also the only company who responded to our enquiries personally without just sending us to a generic web page. Communication was good throughout and we will definitely order our kit from here again in the future. Very pleased with our kit.

   Used KitKing for our London based football team. The prices are very competitive and they were very responsive and on the ball with absolutely everything. Sam Stuckes in sales we dealt with and he was faultless in his assistance and clarity on the whole process. We ordered initial kit, re-ordered kit and ordered samples & training jackets from them. Nothing was too much effort and they were helpful from start to finish - we tried contacting a few others before ordering and KitKing were way and above the best at communication and help.

   Always quality items and printing l, had a problem with team badge image one email and sorted it out. Customer service is excellent ,fast delivery even with the current covid-19 pandemic will definitely be ordering from them again. Top marks. pictures don't do the items justice they look even better in person can't thank them enough
