   We just went to the Haymarket branch and I was very disappointed with the service. I went to exchange a camp chair which I ordered online and the assistant refused to give me the original receipt or another one to replace it. I asked him what if the chair turns out to be faulty or I change my mind? He very reluctantly gave me my original receipt after declining and being quite rude about it. I asked him about another product I saw online and he said I don't know all the products off by heart and so I can't explain anything to you. So I asked him to look on his system to explain about it and he refused. Very rude and abrupt and I never want to go there again.

   I bought a backpack from this store, but sadly, it did not last for two weeks. When I tried to get it exchanged, one of the attendants there started a verbal hit with me and ordered me to leave the store. I regret the day I stepped into this store to buy a backpack.

   Went in today with my friend for a microfibre towel to take with me travelling and the 2 guys in there were the most helpful and genuinely kind people ever. I’m stressed and tired and it made me feel so much happier. V good at folding mosquito nets too, v impressive. Thank you both for your help!

   Went in to buy a padded waterproof jacket . Was advised that the jackets I was looking at were waterproof, even though the labelling did not reflect that. 2 salesmen assured me that all products in that range had a minimum waterproof rating of 2000 hydrostatics. Checked with the company. Neither was waterproof. Lesson is don't assume sales staff are informed or honest at millets Leicester .
