   Absolute shocker of a conveyancing firm. My buyer used them and they were hopeless. Caused unnecessary delays, accepted no liability, it would not be hard to find a better conveyancer to act on your behalf.

   My experience with Ison Harrison, specifically with Terri, was disappointing. I was the Estate Agent on a simple, chain-free sale involving first-time buyers who relied on a referral from their mortgage broker. Instead of the guidance they expected, the process became far more difficult than it needed to be. The transaction took over 13 weeks to complete — a timeline far longer than necessary for a single freehold sale that should realistically have taken 6–8 weeks maximum. When I raised concerns, the replies I received were defensive, often stating that the matter hadn’t exceeded the “average transaction time or 10-12 weeks”, as if that was the benchmark/target. Key updates required repeated chasing, and attempts to resolve issues or collaborate were regularly met with silence or resistance, including comments such as “I am not getting into a discussion with you in regards to what you perceive to be a delay.” pretty disrespectful comments to someone who is trying to assist move things proactively forward. These delays and the tone of communication nearly cost her own clients the property, and the chain only held together due to sheer luck that she managed to get in a position to exchange, only once the property has actually gone back onto the open market. This style of working is something we sadly see too often in 2025, and with a proactive, open-minded approach this transaction could easily have been completed 30–50% quicker. It's a real shame that the full picture wasn't seen to understand that there was a motivated seller, buyer and agent all wanting to resolve this, but delays, annual leave and ignoring emails caused his delays and stress, all of which is absolutely avoidable. This review has been left, purely because of how strongly i feel about this issue, given both the seller and buyer were such nice people and yet ended up the most stressed in this. I cant claim this experience based on the whole company, but on the people i had dealt with on this transaction and based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this firm to clients.

   Appalling service. From failing to register titles during purchase, to a childish and unprofessional attitude on the phone, this firm consistently let us down. Their lack of transparency gave us incomplete and asymmetric information, which directly impacted our home purchase and even led to a neighbour dispute. We had to chase them for over a year, essentially doing their job for them, only to receive extremely poor support throughout. Absolutely unacceptable.
