   Very unhappy with the service. Ordered 2 taxi’s to ensure my elderly father could get to a family celebration but only 1 showed up leaving us to miss out reservation. Would not recommend. Drivers lovely, polite and apologetic but call centre not coordinating efficiently.

   The driver tonight was the kindest man, I needed to check on a friend whom I thought had been taken ill. He waited for me whilst I ascertained the friend was OK. I was very anxious but the driver was reassuring. Excellent service and care.

   I think of these guys as family, used them for at least 20 years, they've helped me in so many situations - fetched me home from a 2 hour drive away in the night when my dad was ill...rescued my kids when the busses and trains cancelled and its dark and they're scared, taken me to fetch my kids when there's an issue, back and forth for all of our a&e visits...as well as work and back and shopping. I genuinely love some of these guys like family and feel safe with them. We know about each others families. Yes - there have been a few drivers over the years that are average or below... but I feel comfortable giving feedback and I'm listened to. I could often use other companies that are close to where I am- but I'd rather wait for these guys to come... I know I'm safe.

   Booked 6 seater taxi on the tues for Saturday it didn’t turn up and then the operator lied and said it did, but took another job and he claimed they rung me.do not use this lying company

   Driver's have charged a few pounds more than amount stated on the metre on many occasions. Operator and driver were very rude, name-calling and swore at me when I challenged them on this. Won't use them again
