Pre booked a taxi in advance but on the exact time of arrival the following day they rang to cancel. They didn’t seem to care that I had an appointment to attend and the couldn’t care less attitude was very frustrating. My advice don’t use if you are wanting arrive on time.
Local company, you can track your cab after booking as well. I was assigned driver 603 I believe, a thorough gentleman.
Never will I order a taxi from these again! Rang a taxi at 18.04 was told it would be 15 minutes.. 20 minutes went by still no taxi so I rang back to be told it would be 4 minutes… still waited and it got to 18.44 and still no taxi so I cancelled!! Bear in mind it’s freezing out side and I got totally lied to it’s absolutely ridiculous!! AVIOD!!

Colin picked me up at Leeds Bradford airport on 29 December - very punctual and friendly professional service. Went out of his way to provide better than expected journey to Harrogate - took the stress out of travelling. Great value too. Would use again and highly recommend.
The call staff are always polite and helpful The drivers have been excellent and the rates are always reasonable. Definelty my go to taxi service.
The taxi driver that i got was so rude and disrespectful. Took to the wrong destination even though they were told 3 times about the location that I needed to be at. Taxi driver then decided to swear under his breath and started to argue with me for 5 full minutes. I would not recommend this firm
