Needed a mini bus yesterday for 5 passengers from mirfield to the woodkirk club on leeds road. Looked on uber and it was extortionate. Rang mirfield and got car 12. Very nice and friendly driver. The price was so much better and even came back for us later in the evening.
By far one of the rudest taxi firms I've come across. Pre booked a taxi for my child to be taken to an appointment, they turned up over 35 minutes late with a passenger already in the taxi, when I said I wasn't happy for my child to be in a taxi with a passenger already in it they told me simply if I don't like how they work not to bother using them. So rude how they spoke to me. First and last time I will be using them
Disgusting....really reliable service all weekend then ruined by the rude person who dumped me know the side of the road after he found out I'm not from this area and bumped the price up from what was agreed on the phone. Avoid whatsoever
Absolutely avoid , Been reliable in the past but left myself stranded far from my house. . I booked a taxi 2 hour s before pick up never turned up . I rang then twice to ask where ther the taxi is kept saying 2 minutes . I will never use these again. Then 20 minutes later ignored my call .
1 star is too many! First time using them. Shocked to pull up to my destination 1 mile away and get told it was £7.50! Even the driver apologised for the amount. Rang to complain and got told I will have to take it up with the manager. *edit- Owner did respond after this review was published and explain I was charged incorrectly and offered a free taxi ride which I politely declined.
