Booked 12 hours in advance for a taxi to the train station. Rocked up 20 minutes late with no warning so I had to drive and abandon my car somewhere for 2 days so i didn't miss my train. Absolutely shocking service with no updates throughout. I won't be using again!!! Shocking start to my trip that just stressed me out. Tried calling for an update but they just palmed me off.

Premier used to be brilliant since they got bought out by huddersfield taxis they've gone right down the pan. The drivers turn off the machine so they make up what they want to charge you. A journey I've made hundreds of times the price would vary from 7 quid to a tenner . The last driver tried charging me 13.40 so I refused, gave him a tenner and got out the taxi . I am now blacklisted from using them! Anyway they did me a favour wood taxis just charged me 7.60 at 4am so they've been ripping me off all along, good riddance
Absolute disgrace of a company! Lie after lie about the availability of their taxis. Happy to have lone females waiting on their own for extended periods of time and then hang up on customers who query the quality of their service. Won't be using again and certainly won't be recommending! If I could score a zero I would.
Worse taxi company avoid at all costs. Ordered a taxi on the 10th August pre booked 3 hours before. No contact to say had been issue and running late. Needed this for my son's birthday he ended up being late for his birthday and we lost our £50 deposit. No remorse for this. Ordered a taxi today was told 15 minutes been waiting now for over an hour. Disgusting service food has all gone cold and again no remorse. Will be contacting the council about this terrible business. Do not use disgusting service and all they do is lie

I have used this taxi on many occasions, and i have never been disappointed. The man on the phone has always been polite, and the drivers are friendly. They also arrive on time, have reasonable prices and great costumer service skills. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, BEST TAXI IN TOWN!!!!
